This is crucial. If you have been recording your performance objectives using the simplified route, you must complete this form before leaving. To download the form, head to the My Experience record on your MyACCA portal.


  • Send the signed form to ACCA.

Forward the completed form to ACCA so they can update your records. Your performance objectives and time logged will be added to your profile. 

 

  1. Continue your PER on the standard route.

From now on, you’ll track progress independently and get performance objectives signed off by a qualified mentor in your new role.


  • Keep your ACCA records updated.

Log any job changes or experience regularly in your My Experience portal to stay on track.

 

In short, leaving doesn’t affect your PER, as long as you document everything properly and continue gaining relevant experience.
